BMAD

Multi-mode pipeline framework. Each mode is a distinct execution lane (development, brownfield, design, vision, apple-native) with its own spell registry, model-category routing, and visual-verification gate.

Modes

• dev / brownfield — code generation, refactor, and patch-application against existing repos.
• design / vision — diffusion visual-verification with VLM final-frame review through the visual-frontier reservation.
• apple-native — Mac sandbox foundation, CVF spell, model categories for native code and UI vision.

Refrag integration

BMAD spells consume the refrag image namespace through the canonicalmaybe_escalate_visual_frontier(caller_id, ...) helper. Allow-list and banned-caller list are non-bypassable — no hard-coded category references.
